Manufacturing Operations & Document Intelligence

Shop-Floor Operations and Document-to-Cloud Intake, Built to the Same Standard

Onshore Automate tracks equipment, downtime, and OEE on the shop floor with human-confirms-first AI, and ships with a document-to-cloud intake pipeline -- scan or upload paperwork and it lands in the right client account automatically, even when several clients' documents are scanned together in one batch.

Tested with real hardware, not just a demo integration

Print a client's routing barcode, place it in front of their paperwork, and scan several clients' documents in one continuous pass on an ordinary office scanner -- Onshore Automate finds every barcode in the batch, splits the scan at each boundary, and files every piece to the correct account on its own. Anything without a readable barcode is never auto-filed: it's OCR'd, a best-guess destination is proposed, and a person always confirms, edits, or rejects it before it's final.

Core Capabilities

Equipment Hierarchy

Self-describing equipment tree that grows with the floor -- no schema migration required to add a new machine, line, or site.

Downtime & OEE Tracking

Changeover and downtime event logging with real OEE calculation, correctly rolled up across mixed run-times.

Human-Confirms-First AI

AI proposes a downtime-reason classification -- a person always confirms, edits, or rejects it before it's final. Never auto-applied.

Document Scan & Upload

Scan or upload straight into a client's account -- stored, viewable, and confirmed by email the moment it lands.

Dedicated Scan-to-Cloud

A single client's own network scanner (SFTP or SMB) files directly into their account, no manual upload step.

Barcode Auto-Sorting

A shared scanner handling several clients' paperwork in one batch -- split and routed automatically by printed cover sheet.

Multi-Tenant From Day One

Every account gets its own isolated data namespace, enforced server-side -- not just an application-level convention. Built for organizations managing operations and documents across many separate clients or sites.
